Holly A Johnson, the President/Owner of Holly’s Hearing Aid Center is state licensed in Ohio and Pennsylvania as a Hearing Aid Specialist. For over 20 years, she has had a true passion for helping the hearing impaired find the best hearing solution for their lifestyle. Holly and her experienced staff continue to educate all ages on the importance of having yearly hearing exams by offering on site hearing testing, which includes assisted living homes, nursing homes, the homebound, community centers, senior centers, etc. Holly is a proud member of the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating.
She stays very busy as a growing business owner and mother of her son Scott who is her pride and joy! Holly’s hobbies include country line dancing, fun in the sun, and enjoying family time.
Angelina Bobish, HAS
Vice President | Hearing Aid Specialist
Angelina R. Bobish is currently enrolled in the Pre Health and Science Program at Cleveland State University. She is working towards achieving her Doctorate in Audiology and has an immense passion for helping those in need. She graduated from Walsh Jesuit High School in 2017 and was a four-year Varsity Fastpitch Softball player; through hard work and dedication she and her teammates won the D1 State Championship during her junior year.
In her spare time, Angelina enjoys spending time with her friends and family, baking, and shopping. Working at Holly’s Hearing Aid Center allows Angelina to gain experience in the healthcare industry and follow her passion for helping those in need
Stefanie Perez, BC-HIS
Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist
Stefanie Perez is Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences. She has proudly serviced the hearing impaired in Lake and Geauga Counties for over 20 years. Stefanie has a genuine interest in educating the community about hearing loss and how hearing aids can reconnect the patients to their family and friends. When Stefanie meets with a patient she puts forth every effort to help improve their lives through better hearing and understanding. Her positive outlook on assisting the hearing impaired has been priceless.
Stefanie has two beautiful children who are honor students. They are very active on the competitive swim team, soccer teams, and both play the trombone in the marching, symphonic, and jazz bands. Stefanie stays very active keeping up with her kids in her spare time.
Courtney Lange, HAS
Hearing Aid Specialist | Sales Manager
Courtney Lange is a Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist who was recruited by Holly a few years ago. She started off as the PCC and has advanced since then. She has a Master’s Degree in English Education and a Minor in Theatre. She was born in Orlando, FL; grew up in Northeast Ohio and now resides in Lake County.
She enjoys reading, writing, spending time with family and friends, and her 3 dogs and chinchilla. She started off as a Holly’s patient in 2012 and almost 10 years later, she is helping others to hear better themselves.
Selina Kerestesy, HAS
Assistant Operations Manager | Hearing Aid Specialist
Selina Kerestesy graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Dental and Medical Assistants Inc as a Medical Secretary. She has been married for 11 years to her husband Mike. Selina likes to spend her down time with family and friends and really enjoys being a part of reconnecting people with their loved ones through the ability to hear.
Dan Bobish, HAS
Hearing Aid Specialist
Dan Bobish was recruited by Holly and just happens to be her older brother. Dan has always been one of the best in whatever he puts his mind and body into. In 1992 Dan was a NCAA Wrestling Champion at Mount Union College and later became the 2-time MMA World Champion. He later went on to be a Pro Wrestler for five years in Japan. Dan now is setting his goals to helping the public hear better while raising his four beautiful children with his wife Nicole.
Alex Hynd, HAS
Hearing Aid Specialist
Alex Hynd graduated from Ohio State University with a B.S. in education and coached wrestling for 10 years near Columbus. He has been in the medical field for 12+ years and enjoys being able to help people improve their quality of life through hearing. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, seeing live shows and being active.
Becky Cunningham
Operations Manager
Becky Cunningham is a manager at Holly’s Hearing Aid Center. She finds great enjoyment is being able to help those around her and is always willing to lend a helping hand.
Her 14-year-old son, Jesse takes up a lot of her spare time, but she does find time to spend with friends and family as well. She also enjoys reading, photography, cooking and traveling.
Shelsea Roderick
Manager
Shelsea is currently a student at Bryant and Stratton College working towards her degree in Human & Social Services. She has a passion for helping people.
In her spare time, she likes spending time with her fiancé, two daughters, and her four dogs. She enjoys being a part of the team at Holly’s Hearing Aid Center and looks forward to helping improve the lives of others.
Candice Brunson
Assistant Manager
Candice has spent the past 5 years working in the hospitality industry where she developed a true passion for customer service, helping others, and growing customer relationships. She grew up in Mentor-on-the-Lake and graduated from Riverside High School in 2011. Close to her friends and family, she enjoys spending time outside by a campfire, fishing, and hiking with her dog and husband. Candice is proud to serve her community with Holly’s Hearing and regularly serves in the children’s classes, food drives, and fundraisers at her local church organization.
Kara Johnson
In Home Team / Trainee Permit
Kara graduated from Riverside High School in May 2021. She has an immense love for the business as she has been observing and learning from her Stepmom, Holly, to help with the business since she was little! Kara has taken the initiative to learn more and has shown interest in becoming a Hearing Aid Specialist someday! In her spare time, Kara enjoys spending time with her friends, family and her dog, Avocado.
Nicole Beranek
In Home Team / Trainee Permit
Nicole has worked with the hearing impaired for two and a half years. She is currently a Patient Care Coordinator and hopes to one day fulfill her dream of becoming a Hearing Instrument Specialist. She gets a lot of joy out of helping people get one of their main senses back.
She has a six-year-old daughter, Sophia who is her life and two rescue cats, Dexter, and Scooter. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her daughter exploring new places and things.
Ryan James
Patient Care Coordinator Manager
Ryan James finds great enjoyment helping those around her and is always willing to lend a helping hand. Her two young children, Olivia and Elliott take up her spare time, but she does make time to spend with friends and family. You can find her enjoying the outdoors with her family, or maybe catching a baseball game with her husband. She enjoys reading and many crafts such as making soap, painting and scrapbooking.
Melody Hazeltine, PCC
Patient Care Coordinator
Melody is currently a student at Kent State University working to achieve her doctorate for Physical Therapy. She has a passion for helping people. In her spare time Melody enjoys spending time with friends and family and going on adventures with her three dogs. She loves being a part of the staff at Holly’s Hearing and getting the chance to be a part of helping people improve their quality of life.
Sunshine McVey, PCC
Patient Care Coordinator
Sunshine is very glad to be a part of the Holly’s Hearing team. Sunshine has 4 children and 2 beautiful grandchildren. She enjoys acting in the local theatre and spending time with her family. She can also be found working on her favorite craft, Diamond Dots. Sunshine is always willing to lend a helping hand wherever it is needed. Her favorite thing to do is making someone smile or laugh, every day.
Cheryl Bates, PCC
Patient Care Coordinator
Cheryl is a life long resident of Geauga County. She graduated from The Cleveland Institute of Dental – Medical Assistants, Inc., as a Medical Assistant, and is a graduate of West Geauga High School. She has a passion for working with the public and loves being able to help make a difference in people’s lives.
Cheryl is a member of the Geauga County Agricultural Society. Her hobbies include horses, gardening, swimming, American history and traveling.
Jazmin Silva, PCC
Patient Care Coordinator
Jazmin enjoys spending her time with friends and family. She is a proud mother of her daughter, Adriana. She is adventurous and loves to spread positivity and good vibes everywhere she goes. She plans to enroll back into school and get her Bachelor’s in Human Resources.
Interacting with patients and seeing how happy they are to be able to hear after visiting us here at Holly’s makes everyday a great day!
